Returns & Refunds

Our policy on returns, damaged orders, and refunds.

Nature of products

Our products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. Due to the sensitive, single-use nature of these materials and to ensure product integrity and safety, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at neverenoughlabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Order cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
