Cold-chain handling
Many of our products are temperature-sensitive. Where required, orders ship with insulated packaging and cold packs to preserve product integrity in transit. Upon receipt, store products as indicated on the label (typically refrigerated).
Shipping area & carriers
We currently ship within the United States only, via USPS and UPS. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
Transit time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at neverenoughlabs@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim.
